Rafal is an amazing talent! I am happy to have had the opportunity to work with him. He is a diligent developer, who not only writes great code, but his problem solving, delivery and documentation skills are superb. He always works with the end-user in mind. Rafal’s talent goes beyond coding, he has the unique capability to seamlessly adapt to new cultures, be an active team player and knows how/when to boost his team’s spirit. He doesn’t just see a contract as a “9-5 job” he builds relationships and is always just a message away. Many times, responding to us at crazy hours of the night and assisting us. If he offers his help, he is going to go above and beyond to deliver. It has been an absolute joy for me to work with Rafal and I recommend him to you with pleasure. You wouldn’t be disappointed with the quality of work provided or the team spirit he brings.

Rafal has worked remotely on the PP games team for the last 2 years. He is an excellent full stack developer with very strong technical knowledge and a faultless work ethic. He is extremely reliable and has completed several high-value projects, both FE and server-side, for PP over that time. Being very patient and personable he is very easy to work with.

I worked with Rafal as a security engineer embedded in development teams. He was a true security champion in that he always sought to look at projects from a security/risk point of view. He really helped to encourage other developers to engage with security and collaborate towards making our products more secure for our users.

Rafal is a full stack developer that always thinks about the bigger picture. Not content to simply produce software but is also conscious of the performance, security and the underlying platform he's deploying to. At Paddy Power, Rafal was always one of the most frequent visitors to the security team, and was a key resource for us as both a security conscious software engineer, and an advocate of embedding security into the software life cycle.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Rafal at Paddypower. An extremely bright individual who has turned his efforts to programming and architectural design, whilst maintaining an effective command of the business domain that he works in. He has a proven track record for producing fit-for-purpose code and still finds time to coach others and assist as needed. With an approachable manner and always good humour, he works easily with others as he does on his own initiative when required. He has been a pleasure to work with and I hope to continue to working alongside him in the future.

Working with Rafal was one of the most rewarding an relaxed experiences I had so far in my career. He made me fell I was part of a team. He was and is trust wordy, professionally and personally and I admired his skill set, specially mathematical and analytical. Working in payments we where faced with a massive challenge where any fault would reflect directly in to the revenue stream. The funny bit of the experience, was that Rafal still manage to find the time to innovate and create tools that made everyone else life easier. Although we had a change to work together again, life took us in different paths. Given a chance I would love the opportunity to have him on my team.

I had the privilege of working with Rafal for over two years on various online and mobile projects during his tenure as the Games dev lead at Paddy Power. He combines excellent technical skills with strong leadership skills. He is a forward thinking and pragmatic problem solver. Rafal is one of those team members who will go the extra mile to ensure a team delivers a project on time. As a dev lead, he was always happy to mentor junior team members. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would be delighted to work with him again in the future.

Rafal is a very responsible individual who knows how to get the job done. He has great communication skills, he closely follows emerging technologies and has the capacity to introduce them successfully in the product he is working on. Lastly, he is very pleasant to work with and has a great sense of humor!

Rafał is a great skilled developer. I've been working with him 3 years in Paddy Power. He is not only mastering web development and related technologies but he is always been a source of new ideas for me and for our team. Rafal is my former team leader in Paddy Power. It was a pleasure work with him, he's a responsible person, always ready to help the people of his team and suggest new improvements from the managing point of view of the games team. I worked with Rafal for approximately two years in his capacity as a developer for the Games product. In my experience, Rafal is a proactive problem solver who doesn't look for 'a' solution, but rather will always seek out the 'right' solution. One of the first big projects Rafal undertook was a complete refactoring of our Games launching process which hadn't been changed in approximately 7 years. Rafal's ideas and execution ensured that the project was not only delivered quickly, but it provided us with significant time/effort savings for future game launching projects. In addition to the above, Rafal has a rare commercial focus for a developer and is passionate and enthused by the workings and performance of the business. On top of his technical skills, Rafal is also an enthusiastic and affable character and is a great guy to have around the office. I would heartily recommend Rafal to any prospective employer.

I have worked with Rafal for the last 3 years in Paddy Power and I have found him to have a close to unrivalled knowledge of website development and infrastructure design. He is a pragmatic problem solver who is always able to find a solution to even the most difficult issues. When dealing with the Business he has the ability to explain technical details in layman's terms and his track record in delivering truly impressive results. Managing Rafal was an absolute pleasure for me. Rafal is a hard working and creative problem solver. Also I was always inspired by his positive 'can do' attitude and how he was held in such high regard by some many people across the company.

I worked with Rafal for over a year. My role when working with Rafal was as the Test Team Leader for a newly formed Agile team responsible for the Paddy Power Games product line. Around the same time I joined the team, Rafal was promoted to the role of Development Team Lead for the same Paddy Power Games product line. In my time working with him on Agile team management activities I found him extremely technically capable and dedicated to delivering a quality product from both the perspective of coding practices and functional expectations of the business. I would recommend him in the strongest possible terms for any Senior Development, Architect or IT Management roles. On a personal level he will be a big loss to the Paddy Power team as he's a pleasure to deal with on a day to day basis.

I have a great pleasure to work with Rafał on Watt3 project. He is a great enthusiastic about Golang and agile methodology, always happy to learn new technology. He has an unbelievable skill to see the things ‘out of box’, which help us in structurizing our product. But first of all, Rafał is an amazing colleague that I could always count on his good advice or help.

It's hard to recommend Rafał enough. He is a highly skilled, solution-oriented professional with great communication skills. From day one everything is organized, put together and on time. Whatever we agree on - he delivers. A true definition of a man of his word. A no-nonsense type of guy that is very pleasant to be around and work with. All that adds up to a perfect blend of being a professional and a true human.

Working with Rafal this past year has been a real pleasure. I would definitely recommend him for any team I am on and hope he finds mad success in his future. I'll miss working together and know that any team would be lucky to have him.

Rafal is one of those developers who leaves a mark on a team. Whenever I am thinking about the type of person I would want to work with, he comes to mind. He is incredibly diligent in getting the work done and keeps it light when things get tough. Rafal also took on some very tricky challenges that required a lot of learning to accomplish. Not only did he take on the challenge, but he also embraced it fully. He applied what he learned from his findings and became a teacher to the team, ensuring success along the way.
